Español: En coslada con suelos arcillosos en los que se mezclan filosilicatos, sílex, yeso y dolomía, dan lugar a una flora interesante y poco común.

Esta Linaria caesia es perenne, a diferencia de muchas otras que son anuales. Se caracteriza por que tiene muchos tallos con flores que parten de una única cepa.

Las flores son amarillas o de un amarillo blanquecino, con venitas castaño rojizas o castaño violetas. Muy característica es su densa inflorescencia de 5-50 flores


Su nombre científico (Linaria) significa "parecido a Linum" (lino), ya que el follaje de algunas especies lo recuerda superficialmente.
