Nannophryne cophotis (Boulenger, 1900)

Type locality: "Paramo, Cajamarca, 9000 feet", and "Carao [= Caraz], 7000 feet", Ancash, Peru.

Holotype: Syntypes - BM 1947.2.20.86 (formerly 1900.3.30.24) and 1947.2.20.87-90 (formerly 1900.6.20.35-38).
