Type locality: Portugal, S-Portugal, SE-Algarve, 4 km East of Sao Bras de Alportel, Mesquita Alta, height ca. 315 m, N 37°09'11 W 07°50'29.

Holotype: ZMUH. male ♂. 8.-10.I. 2023. legit Wunderlich. R254/CJW.
