Holotype: USNPC 95338.

Type locality: east slope of Oya Tabu, 9.4556° S, 150.7896° E, 1,050 m a.s.l., Fergusson Island, , d'Entrecasteaux Archipelago, Milne Bay Province, Papua New Guinea.

Host: Sphenomorphus jobiensis (Squamata: Scincidae).

Paratypes: (n = 2) USNPC 95339, BPBM F225.
